As a competent company, we VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) - Makati are looking for candidates for the position of cpa treasury supervisor for makati with full time work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and domiciled in National Capital Reg and surrounding areas.

Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Responsible for Treasury related transactions, hedging and foreign exchange transactions with banks, global reports and payment processing/recording/analysis.

  • Prepare cash flow report, travel report and other global reports that will be required by management.
  • Coordinate with banks for hedging and foreign exchange transactions and prepare related documents.
  • Process and record payment to employees. This includes payment of

employee incentives and responding to employee inquiries.

  • Process and record bank transfers and requests for Managers’ Checks.
  • Process and record Credit Card liquidation.
  • Record collection of SS receivable and prepare related month end reports.
  • Record Liquidation of employee advances.
  • Process Petty Cash replenishments and review receipts. 
  • Bank reconciliation and General Ledger Account Reconciliation. This includes account analysis and coordination with concerned employees/banks on reconciling items.
  • Attend to audit requirements during external audit and government audits.
  • Above-mentioned duties and responsibilities are not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as discussed with immediate manager to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. 


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • Must be amenable to a hybrid set-up; must be amenable to work onsite (EDSA Buendia Makati site) from time to time or if needed
  • With at least 3 years of work experience in treasury, general accounting or any corporate accounting or 1 year Treasury experience and 2 years General Accounting or any Corporate Accounting experience like journal entry recording/review, bank reconciliation, account analysis and management report preparation
  • With at least 1 year experience as Supervisor or Officer
  • Treasury skills like Hedging and Forex transactions and bank transfers is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in Accounting like journal entry recording, bank/account reconciliation and account analysis
  • Proficient in MS Office applications – specifically Excel and Word
