Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Asst. Manager-Operations. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱50,000 - ₱70,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
An assistant operations manager is accountable for maintaining the correct operation of the business in the absence of the operations manager. He generally performs hands-on operations work and handle the administrative responsibilities of the business. They also try to improve the operations of the business by giving effective, actionable feedback to the operations manager. Assistant operations managers must be detail-oriented and stay on task, as well as efficient in scheduling and able to manage the operations manager’s calendar of events.
Qualifications
- Operations background on Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical brands;
- With experience in handling Operations team members;
- High proficiency in MS Office Software (Ms Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word);
- With experience in handling SAP or Warehouse Mgt System software,
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any related field.
