JOB SUMMARY
In charge on direct supervision in procurement, preventive maintenance, facilities management and projects of the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Senior Manager in planning and implementing strategies to produce good results
- Reports and update all status of assigned responsibility.
- Supervise and motivates staff to perform their best
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory ( internal & external)
- Develop, implement and keep updated all the General Affairs related policies
- Suggest new training and techniques to improve Departments Performance
- Conducts regular inspection to ensure that everything is in good condition and presentable
- Must oversee and involve on company improvement /expansion program related to General Admin scope
- Ensure that all permits and government mandated is renewed on time.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Engineering Degree Graduate
- With at least three (3) years supervisory in procurement, Facilities/
- Property Management.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills,
- Knowledge in Electrical and civil works
- Result driven & a team player.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, able to multi-task
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel and Power Point Presentation
