Social Media Content Specialist
Job description: The Social Media Content Specialist will develop content for publication on identified social media platforms to help drive information and engagement with target audience.
1. Research on leadership, people management, and other trending topics
2. Write blog articles and copies based on identified themes
3. Prepare content plan
4. Editing and proofreading
5. Design art cards, adverts, and short-form videos
6. Monitor and track performance of social media content
Required skills and education:
� Blog, copy and feature writing
� Proofreading, editing
� Familiarity with web and social media publications
� Knowledgeable in Adobe platforms, basic layout and design
� College or senior high school graduate
� Degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Journalism, or related field
1. Develop LinkedIn content plan that includes:
� leadership (people, DEI, CSR) insights
� business and industry blogs
� snackable videos
� personal insights
2. Visual content development (will s/he source images and other graphics to support the editorial content?)
3. Performance monitoring of content
