Our company, MedGrocer are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as wellness coach | registered psychologist with a full time work system, which domiciled in Makati City and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) which experienced in Services & Social Services.
Candidates who uphold honesty and discipline are a must for our company.
The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱40,000 to a maximum of ₱50,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

The Wellness Coach directly supports the mental health needs of clients through individual and group consultations and holistic interventions. They work alongside other Mental Health specialists in ensuring we meet our clients’ needs in the most effective way.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate counseling sessions and monitor client progress
- Assess clients’ mental and emotional well-being through consultations and evaluations
- Develop care plans for clients using evidence-based psychological interventions
- Coordinate with the Mental Health team for appropriate client triaging and scheduling
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Psychologist
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, or Psychology
- At least 3 years of counseling experience is required
- Willingness to work onsite in Makati or Taguig on a shifting schedule
