To candidates with Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Education/Training & Training & Dev., we Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc., are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as trainer | content writing-pioneer account | search engine | quezon city and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Quezon City and surrounding areas.

We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
  • Required skill(s): Training and Development.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Training and Development/Product Training.
  • Advantage if candidate has background in Content Writing
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience in training or facilitation of training and team management is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills and superior in establishing working relationships with the customer.
  • Coaching and Feedback ability
  • Ability to manage foresight with program needs and potential concerns and to address them in advance.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Vertis North, QC ONSITE
  • Applicants must be willing to work in mid to graveyard shift schedule. Holidays and weekends if needed.
  • Preferably Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities:

·        Ownership of the overall internal Content Writer Training program for Content Writers

·        Design and implement the overall Content Writer Training Framework

·        Proactively maintain and improve existing training materials

·        Create new training modules

·        Develop and implement Certification Process

·        Conduct training for new hires and regular training refresher sessions for all Content Writers

·        Shadow, support, mentor and coach Content Writers as they move into production

·        Build a trainer on-demand team

·        Collect data and produce metrics on training status & completion, training assessments, training effectiveness and report to Service Delivery Manager and Global Team

·        Work in close collaboration with Linguistics Leads to identify training needs and gaps, organize targeted training sessions and/or develop new training materials to close gaps

·        Remain up to date at all times of client tools and processes, incorporate any updates to tools and processes into training materials and roll out to all Content Writers

·        Participate in and evaluate 3rd party trainings and integrate to internal Training plan
