Nord Anglia International School Manila (NAIS Manila) seeks an exceptional, well-qualified and outstanding Teaching Assistant for Early Years/Primary.

KEY ROLES:
- To work under the guidance of teaching/senior staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed work programmes or enable access to learning with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom.
- To contribute to the whole school ethos, environment and organisation both practically and as a positive role model for pupils and colleagues.
- Staff may also supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers (absences of no more than five days in a given week). The primary focus will be to maintain good order and to keep pupils on task. In providing cover supervision, Teaching Assistants will need to respond to questions and generally assist pupils to undertake teacher-prepared activities.
We are seeking an outstanding individual who has:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education
- Valid license as Professional Teacher (PRC)
- At least 2 years experience working in Early Years / Primary setting
- Experience of working in international school setting is an advantage
- Conscientious and able to focus on completing work to a consistently high standard
- Flexible and positive approach to work
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills; high attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Adaptable to working in a fast paced ever changing environment
