Job Description:
As a Senior Web Graphic Designer at KDCI, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and user-centric designs for websites and digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers, project managers, and clients, to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet the clients’ objectives and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visually appealing and engaging designs for websites, landing pages, banners, and other digital assets.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct research and gather design inspiration to stay updated on current design trends and best practices.
- Ensure that design concepts align with clients’ branding and project goals.
- Translate conceptual ideas and client requirements into high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
- Optimize designs for responsive web and mobile experiences, considering usability and accessibility.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements and functionalities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and promoting professional growth.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and deliver design assets on time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a web graphic designer or a similar role.
- Extensive portfolio showcasing a wide range of web design projects, including responsive web design examples.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design frameworks.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and their impact on design implementation.
- Excellent visual design skills, including composition, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
