Job Description:
- Accountable for the delivery of all security services on an account, end to end, including both run and project activities in accordance to signed statement of work on the account
- Working in and with the account to achieve successful delivery and proactive management of security-related outcomes
- Review contract and deliverables
- Represent security in all account related matters
- Working with senior management and focusing specifically on security environment in relation to client business objectives and guide them to implement appropriate solution to mitigate the risk.
- The SDL works with various delivery teams ensure that security operational tasks are performed
- Identify growth opportunities in accounts
- Engage clients to understand base requirements
- Work alongside AE to qualify opportunity
- Ensure SFDC is raised with names correctly tagged
- Manage Cost at account level
- Working with AE and Account FAM
- Track implementation of all approved remediation and security related changes
- Participate in CAB/TAB
- Manage Security Risk and exception
- Audit facilitation and management
- Participate and track Security projects
