● Sundin ang mga karaniwang operasyon at pamamaraan.
● Kilalanin at palakihin ang mga priyoridad na problema alinsunod sa mga pamantayan ng Kliyente.
● Tiyakin ang isang resolusyon ng tawag na inuuna ang kasiyahan ng customer.
● Magsagawa ng pangunahing pag-troubleshoot kung kinakailangan.
