The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

A Day In A Life
- Manage the full digital marketing strategy for an explosive new global HR software and services company, ZipHR.
- Champion the full cycle of developing effective marketing strategies, implementing them, and analyzing the results.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence by leveraging various digital channels, including but not limited to Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Developing branding and lead generation for our wide suite of products, including Core HR, Timekeeping, Payroll, Performance, Recruitment, Benefits, Expenses, Task Management, and Invoicing.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
