Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Graduate of any four years course
- Willing to learn how to communicate and negotiate with clients
- Background with real estate is preferred but not required
- Can handle various clients

Job Description:
- Selling of properties through physical or online advertisements.
- Coordinate appointments to show condo units to prospective buyers.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of condo units, advising them on the suitability and value of the condo they are visiting.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
