Scope of Responsibilities
- Designs and develops web service solutions that are intended to be used by internal IT security operation teams, and client-facing IT security clients.
- Constantly collects feedback from both internal and external users of the developed web services, and identifies new features that are needed by the web services.
- Works with the Business Development Team to identify opportunities, build product vision and understand market needs in order to ensure that internally developed web services fulfill internal and external client requirements.
- Own product specifications, requirements and release plans while working with a software development team directly responsible for implementation.
- Participate in user meetings and other customer facing functions as a product expert
- Team up with design engineers, software developers and converse with web service users to constantly improve the web services.
- Propose product strategy changes as a result of competitive changes in the marketplace
- Contribute to and create other business communications strategies to promote the web services.
Job Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years working experience as Product Owner interfacing with Scrum Master for Agile Development
- Has experience in continuously developing product features for web based services
- With experience in designing user interfaces primarily intended for data presentation
- Familiar with implementing various methods for obtaining user feedback and input for product development
- Preferably with knowledge on IT Security concepts
- With experience in product development and implementation strategy
