The Role
As a Process Specialist, you will be responsible in performing in depth analysis on how processes and technology impacts
data management. You will identify the risks and issues including pain points in the process
and work with the business units, enterprise, and solutions architect in capturing the gaps and requirements
in building the strategic solution. Also, you will ensure that data policies and frameworks are adhered to and
implemented properly.
How you’ll contribute
- Train and monitor business units in the activities for governing User Managed Data (UMD) files to facilitate decommissioning and migration to systems
- Educating business owners of User Managed Data (UMD) on the framework and registration process and providing guidance on the activities to comply with Data Policy team requirements
- Work with business analysts in governing User Managed Data (UMD) files for loading into Cloud Data Platform
- Writing business user requirements owned by Data Policy team to enhance data management in the bank
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 5-10 years’ experience in a business process reengineering or process improvement role is a must
- Experience in working in the banking industry and knowledge of products and services is an advantage
- Has the ability to communicate, influence and coordinate with different business units including more senior officers of the bank
- Business writing skills and power point presentations in a clear, concise manner
