Foundever is looking for a People and Culture Manager to lead and transform people and culture strategy, and performance. You will lead, create and sustain a range of talent initiatives to enable a high-performing culture. The overall goal is to design and implement leading practices in employee experience, talent management, and change management. This individual will execute these goals by collaborating with leadership and colleagues to create and execute programs that address the needs of the organization and will develop skills, advance careers, drive diversity, and enhance their contributions and value to Foundever.
•Creates and drives strategy and framework for talent management, talent review, succession planning, and competency mapping
•Evaluate existing employee scorecards & performance metrics to ensure that it impacts business results
•Develop and manage the processes for defining and ensuring a strong, diverse internal bench of ready candidates for key roles in partnership with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams.
•Program manages projects related to employee engagement, talent development and/or performance management.
•Lead the periodical organization-wide strategic planning
