Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:
- Candidates must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management related course;
- At least 3 years of supply chain or planning experience. Background in a Consumer Goods set up is an advantage;
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, and intermediate to advanced excel skills and other common database reporting tools;
- Ability to create reports that communicate information and insights for both internal and external audiences;
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365, Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel is a must;
- Good in verbal and written communication.
Essential Job Functions:
- Review the supply requirement and consider the capacity of the Third-Party Production.
- Prepare the Production Budget, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Target Production schedules are updated and accurate.
- Proactively participate in Supply Review of Monthly S&OP meeting
- Spearhead Weekly Rebalancing Meeting with Supply Chain Execution team
- Monitors and controls inventory levels of Raw Materials or Packaging Materials to meet customer service level and cost objectives.
