Job Description
Basic Responsibilities:
- Management and monitoring of Project Management System
- Management and monitoring of Database and Project Control
- Preparation of Quotations and other Engineering Documents
- Management and Monitoring of Individual Work Schedule (IWS)
- Monitoring inventory of all IT equipment such as hardware and software
- Performs actual check or troubleshooting of system or networks
- Responsible for the proper control and maintenance of the security of the workstation and network system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, or its equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and other document formatting tools
- Have basic knowledge on PC troubleshooting
- Knowledge in programming languages is an advantage.
- Have excellent proof-reading skills and keen attention to details
- Good in oral and written communication skills
- 1-2 years’ work experience in document control, troubleshooting or related field is an advantage
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
