• Performs support activities to contribute to the implementation of HR strategies.
• Supports the day-to-day transactional matters related to recruiting, on-boarding, transfers, relocations, and separations.
• Supports the execution of HR processes in conjunction with leaders, directors, HR including performance management, year-end compensation and promotion process, recruitment, headcount planning and reporting, and other corporate initiatives.
Qualifications:
- At least graduate of related course
- With at least 3-5 years of experience as HR Business Partner, with background in Labor relations, employee relations, employee engagement
- Preferably with experience working from a BPO industry
