Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions for our clients and customer base;
- Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment
- Contribute production-ready code that is clean, reusable, modular, maintainable, easy to understand, and easy to change;
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developers to ensure project success
- Ensure system performance, availability and uptime are within acceptable SLA and respond to incidents.
- Implement security measures and data protection based on industry standards and best practices; and
- Be involved in automation efforts to streamline development, integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Must have:
- Experience with programming paradigms such as object oriented programming and functional programming
- Experience in the following programming languages: NodeJS, ReactJS, Javascript, Python frameworks such as Django and FastAPI
- Experience designing efficient persistence data layers by using RDBMS and NoSQL approach
- Experience in the use of message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ
- Experience in developing well architected APIs and Microservices containerized using Docker and based on DD (Domain Driven Design)
- Experience building, deploying, and/or operating services in cloud environments (it could be using one of the major cloud providers, or it could be in an in-house infrastructure)
- Proficient understanding of API security standards and best practices
