Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Earn up to 23K* all-in pay | TSR | Silver City site. For those of you who live in Pasig City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc., and able to work under full time system.

If you are experienced in the field of Services & Customer Service with a minimum degree of Not Specified, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱20,000 - ₱23,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers who want to pick-up/track and hold their packages
- Assist customers about their missing/misdelivered package(s)
- Assist customers who want to locate their package(s)
- Support and offer delivery notification and online services
- Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service using features and benefits
- Adhere to IBEX Customer Service (Order Tracking) – Global Philippines company policies and work standards
Qualifications:
- MUST have at least 6 month continuous international BPO experience
- For no call center experience, Candidate must be at least 2 years college (without back subjects) in any field
- With good to excellent English communication skills (speaking and listening)
- Background in handling a multitasking account is highly desired
- Willing to work on a flexible shift schedule
