As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree which experienced in Services & Tech & Helpdesk Support.
Candidates who uphold honesty and discipline are a must for our company.
The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱16,000 to a maximum of ₱38,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

What will you do?
- Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email, or web
- Able to resolve account-specific technical, customer, and end-user issues
- Must correctly track incidents and calls, including but not limited to entering data into the database timely and accurately
What do you need to succeed?
- Open for native and non-native Dutch Speaker
- Must have average to good English communication skills
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO/ITO experience
