This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Makati City and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Job Summary

ParkHealth Foundation is seeking a reliable and tech-savvy driver willing to take on additional responsibilities as a personal assistant. In addition to safely transporting passengers and goods using the latest driving technologies, you will provide administrative support and perform labor-intensive tasks such as moving heavy boxes. As a valued team member, you should exhibit a strong culture fit, excellent communication skills, and high reliability.   • Safely operate and maintain ParkHealth vehicles, utilizing the latest driving technologies to ensure safe and efficient transportation within Makati City.
  • Stay updated on the best auto repair shops in the area, or be resourceful in finding reputable shops when needed
  • Utilize effective communication to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth transportation logistics.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Handle the loading and unloading of goods, following proper handling and securing procedures.
  • Provide personal assistant support to company executives, demonstrating strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Perform labor-intensive tasks, including moving heavy boxes, furniture, or equipment as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicle’s interior and exterior.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing passengers’ inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Adhere to ParkHealth’s policies and procedures, including safety, punctuality, and confidentiality.
  • Using digital tools, maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information.


  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience as a professional driver, with a strong understanding and familiarity with driving technologies
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws, regulations, and routes within Makati City and NCR
  • Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems, traffic monitoring apps, and other relevant driving technologies
  • Excellent driving skills, with the ability to navigate through various road and traffic conditions in Makati City and NCR
  • Vital customer service and communication skills, ensuring effective coordination and clear communication with team members
  • Punctuality and reliability with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks, prolonged periods of sitting, and labor-intensive work
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for personal assistant duties
  • High level of professionalism and respect for confidentiality

Working Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a paid working interview for 1-2 weeks. During this time, you will be called upon to perform a driving shift in and around Metro Manila and demonstrate your communication, coordination, and reliability skills as a team member.

Training Period

After completing the working interview, candidates will undergo a 6 to 8-month training period. This training period will cover driving procedures, personal assistant duties, coordination with team members, and meeting the expectations of the ParkHealth team. It will be paid and prorated based on the agreed-upon monthly salary.
