Job Description

As a Compensation Specialist, you’ll collaborate with team members and partners – Talent Acquisition, HR Partners, HRIS, HR Operations – on advising on offer development, reviewing offer exceptions, identifying and working on process improvements and enhancements, and providing ongoing support and education to partners to increase shared understanding of our compensation programs.

You’ll also implement our core compensation processes within a major geographic zone or major talent market. This includes market benchmarking, structure development, and support for our annual compensation planning cycle.

You’ll analyze employee, market and financial data to summarize findings, draw insights and support recommendations on compensation programs. We have an exciting roadmap ahead for FY23 and beyond. We need your passion, and creativity to work on projects and company-wide programs to help Atlassian implement at scale.
