Job Overview
Compensation and Benefits Officer is responsible for providing support in the delivery of compensation and benefits strategies and programs across the LFUG-GOC. The position is also expected to provide necessary information to the leadership team in identifying business challenges to help design relevant performance and rewards programs for the organization.
Min. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years cumulative work experience in Compensation and Benefits Planning and Administration
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
- Administrative Skills – Perform specific office duties such as records filing, documentation, scheduling, preparation of forms and requests, telephone handling, preparation of reports, and liaising with other teams
- Customer service – ability handle different kinds of customers
- Confidentiality –handling sensitive data is a key part of the job and must be trustworthy and professional, maintaining confidentiality in all situations
- Communication – above average oral and written communication skills, that will be beneficial in drafting policies, employee communications and others.
