Description:
• Maps and analyzes process data and identifies ways to optimize capacity, reduce waste, improve workflow, increase efficiency, and reduce cost.
• Monitor the implementation of improvement initiatives that reduce waste and non-value added activities.
• Documents processes, instructions, recommendations, and key metrics.
• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain documented information such as quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Initiate, lead and facilitate process re-engineering, innovation, and continuous improvement program through Business Process activity and ensure strategic objectives are achieved.
• Manage documentation, corrective and preventive action systems, risk register
• Provide guidance to support groups to ensure requirements of the management systems are incorporated in the development and qualification of new processes
• Liaise during certification and/or customer audits
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation that meets organizational standards and customer’s needs
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, an Engineering Degree – such as BS Industrial Engineering (IE) is a plus.
• Preferably with basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing System
• One (1) to Two (2) years of related experience in document controlling, auditing, and documentation in a manufacturing company setting with ISO 9001 certifications.
• Competent PC skills: MS Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Have basic knowledge in auditing, procedure checking quality systems for deficiency identification and correction
• Possesses basic supervisory and management skills including pro-active, assertive, and goal-oriented
• Can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks, enforce deadlines.
• Able to work independently with less supervision
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and information; with the ability to write and present reports
• Detail-oriented, highly analytical, with a high sense of urgency and can interact with different levels across the organization
• Willing to travel
