Position Objective:
To help business units in analyzing the gaps and recommending solutions to business problems, begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements that can help fulfill business needs and to assist in monitoring systems development milestones in ensuring deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
- With at least 5 years relevant IT work experience.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
- Basic knowledge in programming/database, writing SQL script is a plus.
- Knowledge on principles of project management, system development life cycle, as well as systems development techniques and methodologies (e.g. RAD, prototyping, Agile, waterfall)
- Excellent listening, oral and written communication and training skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and complex information with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to lead or supervise a team on a specific project
