The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Job Description
If you have these qualifications:
- a bachelor’s degree (ideally in business, or supply chain)
- well-proven experience in merchandising and inventory management practices (ideally in retail) and leading a team
- above average analytical and multi-level communication skills
- Microsoft Office applications
- in-depth knowledge of sales, merchandising & market trends
and can take charge of these responsibilities:
- Assists the Merchandising Manager in formulating and executing strategies for the assigned categories, channels, and stores
- Determines and curates the planogram per store and the product mix down to the SKU level
- Ensures execution of the store planograms set at any given time
- Perform store set-ups, store visits, and competitor’s checks as needed
- Spot product trends per SKU, store, and channel level
- Improves merchandising work methods and processes
- Manage a healthy inventory and ensure fill-rate compliance
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret merchandising reports to make well-informed decisions
- Other relevant responsibilities as assigned
