SUMMARY
A Senior Manager’s primary functions are to ensure his/her program/s are: 1) meeting all set performance KPIs, 2) following all Centralized Quality processes and procedures, and 3) maintaining open communication with Clients. Vital to the successful performance of these tasks, he/she is expected to perform all duties and responsibilities outlined below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Support
o Conducts analysis to provide insights and recommendations to assigned programs
o Assesses costs regularly for the departments to ensure productivity and efficiency
o Run/assist projects/initiatives to help improve program performance
o Attends and participates business reviews with internal and external clients
o Serves as first escalation point of contact
TEAM MANAGEMENT
o Conducts interviews to identify high potential individuals
o On-boards new members of the team to ensure they are well equipped prior to performing the job
o Conducts coaching, mentoring, and internal training to help develop the team
o Manages performance of the team through consistent CQ process adherence
o Encourages team to participate in team engagement activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree or the equivalent
- At least 2 years work experience as a Sr.Quality Manager in a BPO setting
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Willing to work on site
PREFERRED REQUIREMENT
Six Sigma
COPC Registered Coordinator
COPC High Performance Management Technique
PMP
Knowledgeable in Minitab
Knowledgeable in Power BI, Visio and other similar tools
