We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

  • Has handled a technical team and people leaders such as supervisors and technical lead or team lead Has experience in stakeholder management and managing escalations, complaints from the account
  • Account Lead of a Team in charge of Administration of Incidents or Requests related to Feedhub and Informatica Applications
  • Account Lead of a Team in charge of Weblogic, JBOSS and CaaS, Tectia and Layer7 administration, configuration, deployment and security check and verification
  • Account Lead of a Team who is has Knowledge of Autosys Basic Commands, View of Output Logs, Error Logs and Scripts
  • Account Lead of a Team in charge of Filetransfers via Feedhub management, administration of IDs and SSH Keys
  • Account Lead of a Team who has knowledge on UNIX Basic Fundamentals such as logging in, deployment, logs and nodes management
  • Account Lead of a Team in charge of Informatica session and workflow logs management. Informatica administration via Autosys
  • Account Lead of a Team in charge of Certificate Renewal on Non-Production from CSR Creation, issuance of signed certificate, coordination, review and validation, importing of certificate to validation of functionality
  • Account Lead of a Team in charge of Functional ID management through CyberArk
  • Account Lead of a Team in charge of ServiceNow Monitoring, Incident and Change management
  • Accountable in Documentation and Reporting, Incident, Problem, Change, and Availability Management
  • Accountable in Staffing and Scheduling
  • Responsible in addressing complaints and escalations coming directly from the client
  • Accountable in Driving team Utilization, Billability and Time-Tracking Compliance
  • Works closely with Account Delivery Managers in driving Service Improvement or Continuous Improvement and High Quality Customer Satisfaction or Net Promoters Score

Core Competencies:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
  • Worked with a team and acted as a good team player
  • Technically Led or performed primary support role for one or more service or technology area
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in providing support to customers using incident, requests, problem and change management
  • Minimum of 5 years deep experience on application technologies and products in area of focus such as Weblogic, JBOSS, CaaS, Feedhub, Informatica, Autosys, Feedhub, Tectia, Layer 7 CyberArk, ServiceNow or its equivalent
  • Background in Windows and/or Unix platforms is preferred
  • Background in ITIL process is preferred
  • Candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skill
