 Job Summary: Telemarketer/Appointment Setter.

As a telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our client’s services, and generating leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our client’s services

• Follow a script to introduce our client’s services and explain their benefits to potential customers

• Identify decision-makers and set appointments for our sales team to follow up

• Keep accurate records of all calls made and update the company’s customer relationship management system (CRM) with relevant information

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales skills and ability to persuade potential customers

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work in an office-based environment in Makati, Philippines

• Flexibility to work
