Technical Support Associate (AGENT ROLE)
Responsibilities:
Provides Technical and Warranty support for processors, motherboards, servers, and networking products through phone, email, and chat. Technical in nature, troubleshoots and provides customer service for Intel Products. Mix of voice and non-voice support.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Graduate of any 4 years IT related course (preferred) or Graduate of any BA course (Comp Application, Information System, Comp Engineer).
- Preferably have experience in BPO set up with IT or Technical Support related.
- Amenable to working onsite on a Graveyard shift schedule.
- Has knowledge or familiarity with Computer Parts/ Hardware
- Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
