This is a remote position.
- BSc in software engineering / Computer Science or related degree.
- Must have Salesforce development experience, ideally 5+ years and java development experience. Vlocity development experience a bonus.
- The person should have good software engineering maturity and be able to leverage the low code Vlocity techniques.
- He/she should be good problem solvers and be able to lead by example.
- Experience handling/managing a team.
- The technical lead will work with the Product/Salesforce architects to build digital insurance products using Salesforce/Vlocity.
- The patterns for building the product will closely follow the Vlocity product patterns and also leverage our client’s architecture knowledge and experiences building multiple insurance products.
- Troubleshoot issues for colleagues, and help improve the design/build/release patterns.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of technical operations, monitor and evaluate staff progress, set goals, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
