We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Spanish Customer Care Support (Healthcare Account) ~ PHP 70,000-PHP 75,000 gross. For those of you who live in Pasay City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, J-K NETWORK RECRUITMENT SERVICES AND CONSULTANCY, INC., and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Services & Customer Service with at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree & Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱70,000 - ₱75,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Position: Spanish Customer Service Associate

Work set-up: Hybrid (Office visits are standard 3-4 times per month) – should be flexible

Requirements:
- Proficient in both Spanish and English language
- Open for Foreign National Spanish speaker with Resident Permit
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in any course
- With at least 1 to 3 years experience in BPO Set-up handling healthcare account using Spanish Language
- Familiar with medical billing or healthcare environment
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering inbound calls in English and Spanish
- Calling the patient and informing the reason for the call and assist their questions
- Review and process requests for billing adjustments
- Collaborate with multiple departments to solve any upcoming emergencies
- Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
- Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
- Transcribes voicemails from patients and returns the patient’s message
- Perform other related task as assigned
