We are hiring for the position of Senior Brand Marketing Strategist with full time working hours for our company office, Unlimited Packaging and Design (Philippines) Inc., for residents of Pasig City and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev and at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

Major Activities

  • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and promotional activation, and packaging
  • Support for both developing and producing creative brand designs
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Coordinates with the Creative team for the designs of marketing materials or paraphernalia
  • Manages sponsorships, promotions and events opportunities
  • Manages goal-oriented campaigns / exposure of Antidote brands (brand awareness, activities, etc.)
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with clients, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
  • Be an advocate to all the teams across the Fusion Group of companies for all new software and technology advancements and implementation.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the other business units to ensure the utilization, uptake and processes are adhered to.
  • Lead and support training where required.
  • Be an active and positive contributor to team performance and culture, leading by example and setting the standards of leadership and best in class technology and process improvement.
  • Ensure that all work is provided to the highest of standards, including of all our internal stakeholders as well as external clients to Antidote
  • Undertake problem solving in a collaborate and positive way making sure the customer is always satisfied; and
  • Communicate and engage with internal staff in a manner that is informative, consultative and constructive for the achievement of business objectives. Develop project plans, scope and schedules
  • Ensure all documentation, new client proposal, training manuals are always accurate and up to date
  • Support the Managing Director and General Manager for direction, support and development of Fusion Connect

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Classic Brand Marketing and Developing Brand Marketing Strategies
  • Strong experience in taking customer research, business requirements and turning it into a strong branding strategy that once delivered, has proven to be both engaging and effective
  • Strong consultative skills to take in a broad range of stakeholder feedback and to develop robust solutions
  • Proven track record in developing external and internal facing creative content
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing would be highly valued
  • Brand Manager experience would be highly valued
  • Advertising agency experience preferred
