Job Summary
Assist the Project Management Group 2 Team in the overall execution of the Company’s PM role in various Civil/Architectural design / construction / renovation / fit-out works and other projects being undertaken by the Company’s PMG2 like YGC properties through supervision, monitoring and Architectural design up to proper hand-over of completed projects.
Duties:
- Assist Project Management Team on a day to day operation
- Prepare Civil / Structural / Architectural designs, Shop drawings, lay-outs and plans using CAD as required by the Project Management Team
- Interpret Civil / Structural/ and/or Architectural Plans, Design and Specifications.
- Regular collaboration with Project Teams and clients.
- Monitors and supervises projects on a regular basis.
- Answer technical queries.
- Prepare Project Accomplishment Reports.
- Conduct final turnover inspections.
- Conduct pre-bid meetings.
- Conduct Pre-Construction meetings.
Qualifications:
Civil Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree; Licensed Civil Engineer
- With 1-2 years experience in Office/Field
- Must be knowledgeable with Civil/Structural Designs
- Has Computer Literacy (MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup)
Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree; Licensed Architect
- With 1-2 years experience in Office/Field
- Must be knowledgeable with Architectural Designs
- Has Computer Literacy (MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup)
