1. The Marketing Manager (MM) will take the lead in developing the marketing plans and strategies for the Construction
2. The MM must understand the customer requirements of every channel in the Distribution Chain:
– Dealers
– Sub-dealers / Wholesalers
– Retailers
– Institutional Accounts
– End users (Homeowners, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Carpenters, Masons, Specifiers, PCOs, Developers)
3. The MM will guide and lead the product management team in the development of the brand strategies and marketing plans. As such, she must have a significant background and experience in brand management.
4. The MM will work closely with the Sales Teams to ensure that all marketing activities are consistent with the Brand plans and strategies while ensuring that the respective brand sales and profitability objectives are met.
5. The MM will be responsible in managing the inventory levels of all brands, making sure that these are sufficient to meet the monthly sales requirements.
6. The MM will handle the pricing strategies of the CS brands, ensuring that all brands are priced competitively while meeting the agreed profit margins.
7. The MM will set the directions and strategies concerning distribution or market penetration and closely monitor the distribution level performance of the CS Brands in the General Trade and Modern Trade segments.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates must be graduate of bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration or similar courses.
- Candidates must have at least 3 years experience as a Marketing Manager and with 3 years experience in Product Management and/or Brand Management.
- Candidates must have extensive knowledge of marketing discipline and brand management with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
