We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Lead IT Business Systems Analyst - Risk Finance and Banking. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

In this role you will define, prioritize, and validate requirements for both BAU and projects, working closely with the internal delivery teams and vendor. You will understand the customer needs by continuously communicating with multiple stakeholders to validate the proposed solutions and provide transparency of the system.
You will be responsible for upkeep of the application. This includes updating and maintaining user documentation, troubleshooting, managing, and resolving user issues and queries, working with internal delivery teams or the vendor to resolve incidents or outages, performing user access and user role reviews, and performing data quality reviews and process improvements.
As the system stakeholders are located in Sydney and New York this role will involve some calls outside of Manila working hours.
This is a hands-on role. You will be the SME of the employee compliance manager system and be the second in charge of the team.
