JOB DUTIES
- Manages a team of International Property Consultants
- Initiates / Supervise Team Activities and Digital / Online selling
- To Recruit and train Property Consultants
- Handle and troubleshoots accounts
- To exceed Monthly /Quarterly quota
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field
- With at least 3 years of Managerial sales experience particularly in the Real estate industry
- International Sales with a diverse network of sellers/brokers as well as potential clientele overseas
- Has shown exceptional sales record in the Real estate industry
- excellent in management and leadership
- Team players can work under pressure
- Has a Strong sense of leadership and has shown high value in moral integrity
- Passport holder (with US Visa is a plus)
