We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Human Resources Officer (Employee Engagement). For those of you who live in Pasig City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Jollibee Worldwide Services, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with at least Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the Culture & Strategy Management Unit through its contribution to the development, alignment, and implementation of tools, programs, and processes that impact overall organizational culture, communication strategy, and business strategy.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Designs frameworks and interventions as defined by the existing/evolving organizational culture and ensure alignment with the defined business strategy
- Supports the Unit in leading the recommendation and adoption of new engagement solutions, tools, and processes while ensuring sustainability and effectiveness
- Conducts research and benchmarking activities to gain knowledge on current and trending culture development and management best practices
- Leads in planning, communicating, staging, evaluating, and documenting business strategy cascades, rewards and recognition events, work-life balance activities, and volunteerism events.
- Crafts and releases pertinent communication materials and guidelines related to organizational changes, performance management, and employee engagement
- Support the unit in enabling all leaders to develop and deliver a strategic approach to performance improvement, engagement and change management to support the achievement of the organization’s desired culture and behaviors
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least four (4 ) years in Human Resources handling employee engagement and or organizational development/effectiveness.
- Candidate must be willing to work in a HYBRID setup
- Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
