The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱20,000 - ₱25,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

The Hub Services Officer functions as a Family Support and Admissions Officer and an admin staff, ensuring quality service to homeschooling families.
This person is responsible to:
Family Support and Admissions
- Handle CRM from Inquiry-Handling to Enrollment on different platforms (e.g. social media, sms, phone call, and reception area).
- Provide personalized support and assistance to qualified leads
- Conduct consultation for families who attended the orientation.
- Assist enrolling families with their various concerns
- Handle/answer inquiries across all channels (hub, landline, email, SMS, and face-to-face)
- Create and runs aggressive sales campaigns for potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads that develop into new customers
Other Administrative tasks
- Assist and support events in terms of coordinating logistics, and assist in marketing efforts (online and onsite)
- Coordinate with the various departments in the Regional Office
- Handle Petty Cash Fund
- Initiate, mobilize, and conduct various activities for homeschooling families off enrollment season
