Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as HR RECRUITMENT & ADMIN ASSISTANT - QC. For those of you who live in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Fundpro Marketing International Inc., and able to work under full time system.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

FUNDPRO MARKETING INTERNATIONAL INC. is in search of an HR RECRUITMENT & ADMIN ASSISTANT to join the Recruitment Team and help hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform overall recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, completing background checks, onboarding and offboarding
  • Perform in-person and phone interviews
  • Administer appropriate company assessments
  • Effectively utilize available sourcing tools
  • Innovate ways of attracting more candidates
  • Accurately update trackers and monitor candidate movement
  • Complete timely reports on employment activity
  • Assist with basic sales and product training for new hires
  • Perform other administrative tasks as deemed necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 6 months of recruitment experience is required for this position
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Trainable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • With good understanding of social media networks
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Work Location (onsite): Makati City
  • Full-time positions available
