Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as HR Assistant. For those of you who live in Pasig City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Kitchen SuperCenter Inc., and able to work under full time system.

As a company that is professional and competent in the field we are engaged in, we have specific criteria for each of our employees as well as the prospective employees. If you are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with a minimum degree of Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱17,000 - ₱20,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

  1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates for open positions.
  2. Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates. Conduct initial phone screens or video interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
  3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Applicant Tracking: Maintain an organized applicant tracking system to document and track candidate progress and feedback.
  5. Interview Evaluation: Gather feedback from interviewers and collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates’ strengths, weaknesses, and overall suitability for the position.
  6. Job Offer and Negotiation: Extend job offers to successful candidates and assist with negotiation of compensation and benefits packages when necessary.
  7. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, helping them integrate into the organization seamlessly.
  8. Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates, to identify areas for process improvement.
  9. Employer Branding: Contribute to the organization’s employer branding efforts to attract top talent and maintain a positive company reputation.
