Job Description:
- With experience as a Team Lead in a call center setting.
- Handle US Healthcare Account
- Assist the Dept Head in the implementation of clinical measures, as well as all related regulatory activities and reporting to improve delivery of services and quality of care.
- Perform abstraction of clinical data elements, data entry, integration of data collected from a variety of electronic sources, translate the data trends and aligning data sources with clinical quality metrics.
- Provide comprehensive analysis of data collected and interpret data to measure performance on important ranges of healthcare and services.
- Generate and prepare reports.
- Evaluate data and reports from insurance company, identify the measurement gaps of each member against the established HEDIS measures.
- Monitor and ensure compliance in relation to quality ratings. Establish quality check policy/procedures for all member and provider.
- Ensure compliance by conducting quality audits and maintaining all data and process controls.
