To candidates with Bachelor's/College Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Arts/Media/Communications & Advertising, we Accenture, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as graphic and visual design | specialist level (eh 3757) and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in National Capital Reg and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop aesthetic design assets for social media, presentations, internal and external creatives, videos and more based on approved concepts.
- Be prepared to present your work to marketing and business peers.
- Build understanding of and apply Accenture brand style guide and accessibility guidelines in everything you do.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by proactively identifying risks and proposing possible solutions.
- Lead brainstorming sessions within the team to generate new ideas.
- Effectively communicate design decisions to team members and stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor, the junior graphic designers on the team, share your knowledge and best practices.
- Help define team workflow, roles, and tools.
- Provide effective feedback and direction to other team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphics design or similar careers
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in visual or graphic design
- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates aesthetic and strategically creative solutions
- Deep understanding of design fundamentals such as perspective, composition, and color theory and how to apply them
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint
- Demonstrate high proficiency in data visualization
- Good English written and oral communication skills
- Experience in team management is a plus
