We are hiring for the position of Front and Backend Developer with full time working hours for our company office, Sysgen RPO, Inc., for residents of Pasig City and its neighboring areas.

Day Shift

Successful candidate will join a small team of developers that constantly work to improve our in-house newspaper article plotting, cropping, and linking tools. Main responsibility will be developing and improving the user experience and user interface of our tools to make them as efficient and smooth to use. Will be responsible for developing the user interface in Javascript and HTML and some backend development of APIs in PHP.
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar technical field
- Very experienced Javascript developer
- Experience with Node.js, PHP, RESTful web services, and JSON
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience with databases and familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, ElasticSearch or similar
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and SVN
- Familiarity or Experience with Python and Java is a plus
- Experience with JQuery
- Familiarity with React is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
