Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Customer Sales Assistant (Avalon Oath Retail Business Inc.). For those of you who live in Makati City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Jobstreet Philippines, and able to work under full time system.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Purpose:

Mainly work with the day-to-day operations of the anime showroom by maintaining good customer relationships, and interactions and setting up display racks. SCA will also assist in reaching sales goals by assisting in various marketing campaigns.

They also have to manage the POS system to handle client refunds and payment processing. They will also be responsible for greeting customers and assisting them in finding certain products within the store.

Personnel to handle in-store showroom also would be able to assist in promotions and events activities. A cosplayer or anime fan would be a plus.

Start date: August 15~29, 2022

Location: 928 Arnaiz Avenue, Makati City, Manila (Not work from home)

Day and hours: Shifting Schedule ~ 5 days (10:00 am to 7:00 pm) subjected to be adjusted as needed in operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers through in store and over the phone if necessary to achieve a high customer satisfaction rate. (drives sales and promote new product selection)
  • Manage our Point of Sale (POS) System with accuracy and efficiency
  • Submit In Store Sales Report from our system
  • Monitor Product merchandise in store (arrange product display and monitor inventory)
  • Encode customer data through our system
  • Assist both customer and marketing associate to reach target sales
  • Assist and participate in events and various marketing campaigns that would generate sales initiatives.
  • Other sales and customer service related task as assigned by line manager

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years of sales and customer-related service experience

Skills:

  • Computer Literate
  • Must have mid-level English (written and spoken)
