We need you to fill the position as Architecture CAD REVIT Operator junior lead for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in National Capital Reg and its surroundings.

If you are a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) and experienced in the field of Building/Construction & Architect/Interior Design, a person who honesty and discipline, then you are highly awaited in our company.
The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱20,000 - ₱28,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

- Other engineering cad positions available.
- Learn how to use proper cad drafting procedures.
- Learn proper cad layer management.
- Learn to use proper cad drafting standards.
- Learn best practices in cad drafting.
- Learn to use imperial (feet and inches) and metric cad drafting.
- Learn to read and draft architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection fire plans and details.
- Be involved in Corporate social responsibility project.
- Be involved in Accessibility or Persons with Disabilities Projects.
- Opportunity to train in sessions to suit your learning needs from 2D cad drafting, 3D modeling, 3D rendering and BIM REVIT.
- Opportunity to travel.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Architecture, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, Revit Architectural, MEPF
- Optional skill(s): Sketchup, Vray
- With Experience in Outsourcing Company is a plus
- With Experience in handling Projects & Clients
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
