Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Responsible with non-life insurance requirements of the company. It includes policy renewals, claims, and other concerns with the concerns with the insurance company or broker.
  • Coordinates with finance for the processing of the insurance policies.
  • Responsible for the company vehicle maintenance and repairs including traffic violations not caused by driver negligence.
  • Prepares driver schedules and dispatch. ensures that the drivers are well coordinated with the travel requirements of the company.
  • Coordinates with the security team for the assignment of company vehicles. ensures proper sanitation of the vehicles every after use.
  • Handles fleet card accounts, monitors expiration, and processes new card requests.
  • Coordinates with different departments in relation to messengerial and courier needs.
  • Handles other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time-to-time.

Skills and Specifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel spreadsheet
  • Knowledgeable in basic vehicle maintenance
  • Knowledgeable in non-life insurance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • With strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • With knowledge in ISO 9001 and 14001:2015
  • Highly organized and analytical
