We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Routine Accounting Works:

– Basic Accounting Works – Recording, Reconciling, Posting, FS Reports

– Management of Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

– Filing Tax Returns & Other Statutory related bodies

– Accounting for GST / VAT and Withholding Tax

– Handling Statutory and Tax Audit

– Follow up on Trade Receivables

Routine Admin Works:

– Handle basic office administration

– Maintaining statutory records, compliances & reporting

– Liaison with local bodies

– Organize company’s meetings, events & employee engagement activities

– Manage other relevant tasks as assigned by Management

– Keep work environment healthy & positive

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Admin

• Excellent English Communication Skills – both Oral & Written

• Positive attitude, interpersonal skills & a people communicator

• Willing to learn & is open to growth & challenges

• Holding a valid passport or applied for and is willing to travel

• Minimum 1 year relevant hands-on experience on both accounting & admin functions

• An early joining is advantageous
