We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Urgent! Patient Support Coordinator | Pioneer Healthcare Account! | Onsite. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job title: Patient Support Coordinator

A Patient Support Coordinator is expected to:

  • Monitor provider schedules and ensure schedules are up to date and booked accordingly for Psych, Primary Care, Women’s Health, SUDS, Therapy, and IOP

a. Schedule patients with providers according to insurance, and provider preferences.

b. Manage the schedule effectively to meet clinic goals.

  • Call to confirm scheduled appointments the day before.
  • Review voicemails and return missed phone calls the same day.
  • Review and return calls from the crisis calls.
  • Verify patient insurance daily and on the 1st of every month

a. Send out inactive insurance lists to the appropriate departments.

  • Monitor emails and respond back within 24 hrs.
  • Schedule and monitor new patient referrals.

What it takes to be part of our team:

  • 2+ years experience in BPO handling Healthcare accounts.
  • 2+ years experience in healthcare administration or other related fields.
  • Experience and Familiarity with medical billing procedures and understanding of medical terminologies
  • 2+ years of experience in the front office setting is required.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in counseling/mental health environments
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google products
  • Amenable to working onsite – Ortigas and Night Shift.
